EUP-1000HQR: SAC305 Lead-Free Solder Paste

EUP-1000HQR is a no-clean SAC305 solder paste, specially formulated for NB applications. It features excellent ICT testing pass-through properties, resistance to NWO and HoP. Conventional solder pastes tend to leave thick flux residues at ICT testing points, which can cause misjudgments during ICT probe testing.
